Requirements for Course Completion

To complete their respective master’s degree, students need to be enrolled for at least two years, earn more than thirty total credits (shown in the table below), submit an M.A. thesis, and pass the final oral and written defense. With the special approval of the Graduate School Committee, a specific research report may be submitted for examination in place of a thesis.
